Why are your prices so low?  We are a sister store to a print shop so we get access to custom printed items without the middle man! We spend hours and hours each week checking for the best quality items at the lowest wholesale prices so we can pass those deals along to our amazing customers! 

When will my items ship?  We do our best to pull, pack, and ship your items within 24 hours of placing your order during our business days (please see our hours for days of operation). You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships! 

Can I return something?  Please see our POLICIES page for more specific details on returning items, but the short answer is YES! Whether you order online or pick-up in-store, we do accept returns for store credit or exchange. If you need to return something, you can contact us or stop in the store for more information.
