HOLD POLICY
-- We intentionally do small runs or have one-of-a-kind pieces. For this reason, we do not "hold" items without payment in order to allow an equal opportunity to everyone to get their favorite pieces. We do offer purchases through our website or in-store.
-- If you are purchasing for an event (birthday, Christmas, etc.) we are more than happy to hold on to your paid items until closer to the date (if you are the type to gift early ) or we have gift cards available for purchase any time!

RETURN POLICY
-- We are happy to accept your returns up to 14 days after the date of purchase.
-- Items must good condition, unworn, with tags attached.
-- You must have the receipt for the purchase for us to pull it up in our system.
-- Returns are for exchange or store credit ONLY - no refunds.
-- Returns are not accepted on specially-marked sale & clearance items, custom & pre-orders, bath & body products, or hats.
-- If return shipping is necessary, return shipping costs and packaging must be covered by the purchaser. Once item is received and inspected to ensure that it is in unworn/tags attached condition, a gift card for the return amount will be emailed to you.
